Autumn's Awning

Usually I go out to the woods somewhere in search of autumn colours. But this year, I only went as far a my back deck. The whole side of my studio is buried in Engleman's Ivy, and earlier in the spring, I came very close to tearing it all out, as it did not look like it had survived last winter. However, as usual, my attention went elsewhere, and I never got around to stripping it all off of the studio. Good thing I didn't, as I have never seen its colour so lovely as this year. Usually the frost gets it by now, and we do not have time to enjoy it very much. Hope you enjoy it as well. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
