This is another little scene from our excursion into the Ojibway Conservation area here in Windsor today. While looking through the viewfinder, I decided that I liked the muted tones very much. It makes for a nice, quiet little scene, and you can hear the woodpecker somewhere off in the distance.....

You are right about the background. I'm finding that I've been using this scenario in a lot of my photo-
graphy. When the backgrounds are focused it doesn't help the impact of what you want others to see. All 3 photo from your walk are very appealing.
Thank you John for looking in today. I think we have more snow here this winter than any since I moved here. I like the 4 seasons, but winter is short by comparison to the North. Dave
