This is a repost of this handsome fellow. He departed yesterday, and we are all so very sad. He was a real character, and had a spirit that was a joy to behold. We will miss you big fella....

From a Box Brownie, to the latest digital gear, it is all just tools, or a means of stating who we are, at various points in time. The sophistication of our images has more to do with our personal growth, than the equipment that we acquire along the way.

Our condolences on losing your best friend.
Thanks John. He was actually my daughters, but I had him in my life for about 4 years and became very attached. It's easy to do eh? Dave
My condolence to you and Wendy on loosing a friend and family member.
Thanks for that Ken. He was quite the beast for sure. Dave
Thanks for the little memorial post of Zeusy, dad. He was a character and a handful, but he meant a lot to me. In my darkest times he was a light that kept me going, and I miss my little Mr. Man.
Hey Wendi,
You are welcome, and it was nice that we got to enjoy him as well. Keep your chin up my love. Dad
My condolences David for losing a great companion and family friend.
Mike
Hey Mike,
Thanks for that. He was old and sick and it's for the best. He was the fourth for us to bid adieu to, and I think will likely be the last. Dave
Never say die. The last dog is the one that sees you out. While you get used to having more flexibility for travel, etc., in middle age, dogs are a real friend to the elderly. Sadly there are so many that need good homes.
Hey Krys and Paul,
You are right. There are too many without GOOD homes. Still, I can't see another one any time soon....Thanks, Dave
