Castor Bean

The days are shortening now, and the cast of the Autumn light is lovely. This Castor Bean plant is growing beside my back deck, and the back lighting made it jump out and shout for attention. Hopefully, I'll be able to find a couple of nice days to get out and do some Autumn colours before they are all gone. Here's wishing everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving weekend.

Hey John,
Thanks for looking in. Hope you and yours had a Happy Thanksgiving as well. I am still using a CCD sensor digital camera yet. Old technology, but it has a warmth that I do not find in the new CMOS sensors. Have a good one. Dave

Hey John,
Thanks for looking in...It appears that installing a new bathroom took priority this year. This will be the final reno on this old house, and I hope to be able to kick back and do some more photography again. BTW, did you know of the passing of Ralph Currie this past week? He was one of the original group that started Photo '74. Now we have lost Jack Shepherd, Ruth Thib and Ralph Currie. They were all superb Black & White photographers. Catch ya later. Dave
